Please note that a fee may be charged if the office is required to be opened outside of office hours.
Cancellation
Please note, if reservation is cancelled or modified within 48hrs of stay, or in case of no-show, or non- compliance with policies, the total price of the reservation will be charged / no refunds given.
Longer cancellation periods apply for peak periods and these policies will be communicated to each individual guest at the time the reservation is made and/or confirmed.

No Visitors
The bulk of our customers are long haul (or short stay) guests. Our policies reflect this. This includes a strict "No Visitors" policy as we recognise that our guests appreciate it when we keep noise to a minimum, including those who choose to drive at night and sleep during the day. Motel facilities are for the exclusive use of guests only. We apologise to people who would like this policy to be different but with other motels within 10mins we are confident that you will be able to find a motel to meet your needs.
Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms, existing beds and bedding to be used.

Noise
Please show respect for other guests staying at the motel and keep noise to a minimum. We reserve the right to enforce this policy and ask offending to comply or find alternate accommodation.
Pets
We do have a limited amount of rooms that are “Pet Friendly”, anyone wanting to bring pets to the motel are required to phone the motel to reserve a “Pet Friendly” room. Pets staying are at the motel’s discretion and extra charges apply. Please phone to book or to find out more information. Pet friendly rooms can only be booked directly (not via booking companies).
Smoking
Strictly No Smoking in all rooms, smoking only permitted in designated smoking areas. Thank you for helping us care for people with allergies and for children that are staying at the motel.
